Email hello@nowhereapp.io with what happened and, if you can, a screenshot. We answer within two working days — usually much faster.

Safety concerns

If someone made you feel unsafe, block and report them in the app first — that removes them from your Nowhere immediately. Reports are reviewed by people, around the clock. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Account and data

Export, pause, or delete your account from the app settings. If you can no longer access your account, email us from the address you signed up with.
